Co-ownership or maybe we can called as fractional ownership, is the new to own a properties. Co-ownership help many people to enter or maybe buy multiple properties, well, it’s really fun, right? You can buy for several property, from apartement, house untill luxury resort in many places.

With the Co-ownership concept, you can start with only 1% or maybe 0.5% from the total percentage of the properties. Cool right? The best way to have any luxury properties not only have but also you can get Return of Investment when you not using it! How? If the consumer not using the facilities, management will manage the rental calender, in this case, consumer will get more extra money (Passive Income).
